Full Description
A barn, dating from around 1800AD and constructed of carstone, clunch and brick. Also stables, dating to around 1900AD, which (in 1987) retained their original fittings. A ruinous dairy is attached and there are various other sheds of a later date. This was a LeStrange farm acquired by Ken Hill Estate in 1871AD as a dairy farm. It is probably at this time that the E-shaped buildings were added to the older barn (see S1 in file).
E. Rose (NLA), 2 April 2007.
