Map

Field Survey, January 1986.
Threshing barn of brick with arches from porches to the interior. Talley marks survive on the jambs. Various other buildings are attached to the barn. One is a stable which has indications that it preceded the barn which was built against it - the recoder suggested there had been and earlier barn that was demolished. The farmer believed some of the lesser roof trusses were ship's masts, which is possible at this later date, and that the windows in the farm house were blocked in because of the window tax. Most of the buildings date from after 1784 and before 1836, but there were later additions.
