Full Description
February 1986. Building survey.
Brick barn present in 1835 - roof replaced. Large arches from cart proches with walls recessed to each side. Corbels for the earlier roof. Adjoining stables and tack room. Gig house of a later date (post 1835). Other sheds. Farmhouse is timber-framed, and has moulded tiebeams, now externally of brick. The barn and house appear to be present on a map of 1784, the other buildings are later, but were constructed before 1835.
