Map

Field Survey, UEA, March 1986.
Barn with one wall of flint and three walls of brick, with porches - a barn is known to have been here in 1835. Roof later lowered. Stable, of brick with a red pantile roof, sleeping quarters above, 1860s. Farmhouse, originally single storey built of flint, raised in height in brick 1860s. Other buildings, one with a queenpost roof and tree trunk colonnade. Farm was probably owned by Lord Suffield in 1784, extended before 1835 when it owned half the parish. It is an unusual design with some buildings attached to the house and others beyond an access road.
S1 in file.
