Map

Remains of a Baptist Chapel, now converted into three dwellings including Chapel Cottage and Bethel. The former north gable wall is now the partition between the central dwelling and Chapel Cottage and inside the latter, in what was the outer face, in 1976 a plaque was exposed reading PARTICULAR BAPTIST CHAPEL 1823 (S1 in file). The oddity here is that (S2) marks the chapel as 'Baptist Chapel (General)'. It is uncommon for a Baptist chapel to switch from Particular to General, though it is not unknown.
E. Rose (NLA), 1 June 2007.

See (S3) for further details.
