Full Description
Field Survey, July 2003.
'Graveslab' reported by F.D. Hall. The site was visited in July 2003 by E. Rose (NLA) and Pam Lynn (West Norfolk BC). Igneous stone block, 780mm x 180mm thick, offcentre groove across upper surface, damaged top edges. Typical of 19th century stone blocks used as padstone, quoins, corner guards etc. Probably in secondary context as part of gate and bridge over a dyke.
(S1) in file.
E. Rose (NLA), 21 June 2007.
