Summary

Archaeological work at this site between 2008 and 2010 revealed no significant remains. Trial trenching in 2008 identified no archaeologically-significant features or deposits and a watching brief maintained during subsequent groundworks in 2009/2010 had similarly negative results. No finds were recovered during either phase of work.

Evaluation of site on proposed route of Sheringham Shoals Offshore Windfarm Grid Connection cable (Trench 84).
The single trench excavated at this location revealed no archaeologically-significant features or deposits. No finds recovered.

Monitoring of topsoil stripping and other groundworks associated with installation of the Sheringham Shoals Offshore Windfarm Grid Connection cable.
No archaeologically-significant remains observed and no finds recovered.
