Field Survey, 2000.
Single storey and attic cottage with a stack very offcentre towards the north. Dentilled cornice. Brick, rendered exterior. Three wedge dormers in north slope of pantile roof. Interior gutted in the 20th century. Derelict when inspected, may have since been demolished.
