Summary

This three-storey brick former house dates to the 18th century. It has a hipped pantile roof, one brick chimney and a 19th-century ground floor façade with Tudor-style moulded brick details. There is much timbering exposed in the ground floor ceilings, although this appears to be all either modern or reused. It is listed Grade II.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"House, now office. 18th century. Brick with hipped pantile roof. One brick chimney. Three storeys. Four first and second-floor windows. Half-glazed door to left of centre in 19th-century ground-floor facade with moulded brick details."

Examined as part of Norwich Survey.
Three-storey red brick building of Georgian appearance. Flush-framed sash windows with thick glazing bars. Ground floor exterior 19th-century in a Tudor brick style. Much timbering in the ceilings of ground floor, including major cross beams and dragon beams. All appear to be reused or modern.
