Summary

This three-storey brick former house dates to the 18th century. It has a pantile roof, door with simple moulded doorcase and an 18th-century brick barrel-vault cellar. It is listed Grade II.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"House, now offices. 18th century. Brick with pantile roof. Two gable-end brick chimneys, the left one rebuilt. Three storeys and cellar. Four first- and second-floor windows. Door in second bay from left has four flush panels and a plain overlight. Simple moulded doorcase with lugs and pediment."

January 1981. Building Survey.
Examined as part of Norwich Survey.
Three-storey red brick building of 18th-century date. The rear wall is constructed of flint/rubble to full height. Single room depth with stair inside rear wall and stack at each gable end. Ground floor west room has 18th-century panelling and fire surround with similar on first floor west. Roof with single butt purlin large collar and ridge piece, all pegged. There is an 18th century brick barrel vault cellar towards the street.
