Alan Carter Building Survey.
Two plans relating to the property known at some point as St. Margaret's Brewery, the first dated 1870. The 1885 (1883) Ordnance Survey map shows that the brewery expanded considerably over the previous decade. By 1924, the company had reduced in size and the property was being sold at auction. The buildings have all now been demolished.
