Map

October 2008. Norfolk NMP.
Probable enclosure ditches of uncertain date, centred at TG 2691 1315 are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs. They have been recorded with caution as they only appear on one set of aerial photographs (S1).
They are curvilinear in nature, and the outer ditch appears to be broken by a track recorded on the Rackheath tithe map (S2), suggesting that they pre-date this track. Their form suggests a possible late prehistoric date, but with no other evidence they have been ascribed an unknown date.
E. Bales (NMP), 4 November 2008.
