Full Description
May 2009. Trial Trenching.
Evaluation of site of proposed new hospital buildings.
The area was shown to have been signficantly disturbed by both post-medieval quarrying and hospital buildings that had previously occupied the site.
No archaeologically significant features or deposits were observed.
