Full Description
May 2009. Building Survey.
Survey of barn prior to its proposed conversion.
The barn was originally timber framed and is likely to be no earlier than 17th century in date. The south-east gable wall probably dates to around 1700 and later brickwork was added from the late 18th to mid 19th century. Cattle yards and tentises were added in the late 19th century and 20th century additions and alterations are present.
See report (S1) for further details.
