Full Description
February-March 2006. Watching Brief and Metal-detecting Survey.
Monitoring and metal-detecting undertaken during topsoil stripping and trenching for Binham to Houghton St Giles water pipeline (Collection Units 56-81 and 114-124).
Finds revealed included prehistoric worked flints, a Roman finger ring, a Roman coin, medieval pottery sherds, a medieval or early post-medieval buckle and an early post-medieval buckle frame.

The associated archive has been deposited with the Norwich Castle Museum (NWHCM : 2016.116).
