Summary

No archaeological features were encountered during an evaluation at this site in June 2009. Two medieval silver coins were recovered from the spoil heap.

Evaluation of proposed development site.
The site had been severely truncated. Disturbed topsoil produced two silver coins, a penny of John or Henry III and a cut halfpenny of Henry III.

The two coins were donated to the Norwich Castle Museum (NWHCM : 2010.144.1 and NWHCM : 2010.144.2).
