Full Description
August 2009. Watching Brief.
Monitoring of excavation of narrow trench for IT cable.
The excavation revealed two post-medieval and one medieval section of wall; post-medieval pottery; cermic building material and plaster; a single clay tobacco pipe; glass objects including a bottle and window glass; animal bone of unknown date; and human skeletal remains.
