Summary

This former farmhouse was converted into a barn in the 1970s. It has retained some original features, such as a number of fireplaces. The building is constructed of red brick and has a pantiled roof.

Permission sought to convert a redundant agricultural barn for residential use and to construct a new car port. The current barn was originally a farmhouse and retains some fireplaces. The barn is of two storey height and cnstructed of red brick with a pitched pantiled roof. Many of the existing windows have stone mullions.
