Summary

In 2009 a watching brief recovered no archaeological finds or features of significance. A few sherds of glass probably associated with a demolished glasshouse were recovered from just below the turf.

Monitoring of groundworks associated with construction of swimming pool.
No archaeological finds or features of significance were noted. A glasshouse has previously stood adjacent to the brick outbuildings and a few sherds of glass probably from this structure were recovered from just below the turf in the north-western corner of the site.
