Summary

A rapid earthwork identification survey in 2009 identified a sinuous bank and ditch, visible on the first edition Ordnance Survey map. This feature has been interpreted as a medieval parish boundary bank.

Site 1:
A sinuous bank and ditch was identified, and is visible on the first edition Ordnance survey map. It's prominance suggests a medieval parish boundary line or a heathland boundary. It lies within an area of military activity and is heavily scarred in places.
