Map

October 2009. Norfolk NMP.
Undated linear features are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs (S1)-(S2), centred at TG 1696 1999.
These features appear to be cut by the cropmark of an east-west linear ditch clearly visible as a field boundary on the Haveringland Tithe Map, suggesting that they are earlier field boundaries, perhaps medieval to post-medieval in date. The features to the southwest of the site appear to be situated within a paleochannel, and may therefore be geological in nature.
E. Bales (NMP), October 2009.
