Map

October 2009. Norfolk NMP.
A possible sub-square enclosure is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs (S1), centred at TG 1773 1907. The cropmarks are very faint and ephemeral, but it is possible to distinguish three sides of a possible enclosure, measuring 16m by at least 12m, although there is no sign of a northern edge to the enclosure. It appears to be underlying possible linear features of suggested Roman date (NHER 52362), and therefore a late prehistoric date has been tentatively suggested for it. A number of prehistoric flints have been recovered from the field to the west (NHER 18593, 18595, 18989).
E. Bales (NMP), October 2009.
