Full Description
November 2009. Norfolk NMP.
Several fragmentary linear features are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs (S1) on land to the southeast of Felthorpe Common, Horsford, centred on TG 1826 1672.
A possible trackway is visible at TG 1811 1677, consisting a two parallel ditches, 5.3m apart, although this may represent a continuation of a trackway visible within the plantation to the north. It is likely that all these features represent medieval to post medieval trackways or possible field boundaries, although they may also relate to modern drainage channels.
E. Bales (NMP), November 2009.
