Summary

A fieldwalking and metal-detecting survey of part of this field in 2008 recovered ceramic building material fragments of post-medieval to modern date. Metal-detecting between 2009 and 2023 recovered late prehistoric worked flint including flint flakes, a Neolithic/Bronze Age scraper and an Early Bronze Age barbed and tanged arrowhead; a Middle Bronze Age socketed spearhead and a Late Bronze Age socketed spearhead.

Field survey on proposed route of Sheringham Shoals Offshore Windfarm Grid Connection (Field 19).
Finds were limited to:
1 post-medieval pantile.
1 post-medieval/modern ?moulded tile.
1 modern aluminium sheet fragment.
