Summary

A geophysical and fieldwalking survey between 2002 and 2003 detected multiple parallel linear anomalies possibly the remains of ridge and furrow ploughing and discrete linear features indicate former field boundaries. Finds from fieldwalking included two flint scrapers, four flint flakes, two fragments of ceramic building material, one burnt stone and a shell.

Multiple parallel linear anomalies were detected and probably indicate the remains of ridge and furrow ploughing. Discrete linear features were likely to indicate former field boundaries. Finds recovered included two flint scrapers, four flint flakes, two fragments of ceramic building material, one burnt stone and a shell.
