Summary

Survey work between 2002 and 2003 recorded geophysical anomalies thought to be of either natural or agricultural origin. Fieldwalking also recovered worked flint, fragments of ceramic building material and pieces of slag. Metal detecting located a medieval coin and button.

November 2002 - January 2003. Geophysical, metal detecting and fieldwalking survey. Bacton to King's Lynn pipeline plot 230.
Geophysical anomalies were detected but thought to be of either natural or agricultural origin. Fieldwalking recovered worked flint including four scrapers, one core, one blade, one denticulate and 20 flakes, fragments of ceramic building material and pieces of slag. Metal detecting located a medieval coin and button.
