Summary

Metal-detecting between 2009 and 2013 recovered medieval and post-medieval coins and pottery sherds as well as Late Iron Age/Roman and medieval to post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include a Late Iron Age/Roman linch pin; a medieval pot mend and a post-medieval buckle, button and harness mount.

Full Description

September 2009. Metal-detecting. [1].
Medieval coin hoard of two silver pennies of Henry I.
The coins were submitted as possible Treasure (Treasure case 2009 T675) and subsequently acquired by Norwich Castle Museum (NWHCM : 2011.567).
