Full Description
April 2010. Norfolk NMP.
An area of at least seven World War Two underground air raid shelters is visible on aerial photographs (S1-S2), centred on TG 2150 1186. They can be seen as L-shaped concrete entrances, approximately 10m apart, to the north of an industrial site within which the roofs of the buildings are painted with camouflage, suggesting that the factory fulfilled a military function, such as munitions manufacture.
E. Bales (NMP), April 2010.
