Summary

The cropmarks of fragmentary undated ditches are visible on aerial photographs to the north of Chandler Road, Caistor St Edmund and Stoke Holy Cross. The site consists of fragmentary ditches and former field boundaries of unknown date. Two groups of fields of possible Roman date have been recorded separately within the area of this site (NHER 52241-2).

The cropmarks of fragmentary undated ditches are visible on aerial photographs to the north of Chandler Road, Caistor St Edmund and Stoke Holy Cross (S1-S3). The site, which is centred on TG 2398 0316, consists of fragmentary ditches and former field boundaries of unknown date. Two groups of fields of possible Roman date have been recorded separately within the area of this site (NHER 52241-2).
