Summary

In 2005 the former control tower at RAF Ludham was put on the market for conversion into a dwelling. The tower was built in 1940 and was in use until 1945. The tower was visited in 1943 by George VI and Queen Elizabeth. Following closure the site was briefly used in the mid-1990's as a museum displaying the history of RAF Ludham.

The former control tower for RAF Ludham was built in 1940 and was in use until 1945 and has remained abandoned apart from a brief revival in the mid-1990's where it was used as a museum displaying the history of RAF Ludham. The property was put on the market in June 2005 for reuse as a dwelling or holiday propoerty.
