Summary

A World War Two static emergency water tank is visible as an extant structure on aerial photographs taken in 1945. It was one of many such tanks located across Norwich during this period, and would have provided water for fire fighting in the event of a bombing raid. After the war the tank was removed and the site has since been partially built over, but it is not known whether any remnants still survive below ground.
