The site of a World War Two Barrage balloon is visible on aerial photographs on land to the south west of the River Wensum and the former Midland and Great Northern railway line, Norwich.
The barrage balloon is only visible on the 1942 photographs (S1), and appears to be tethered in the vicinity of TG 2230 0962.
It may be the structure described as Barrage balloon site 17 (S3).
