Five World War Two semi-sunken air raid shelters shelters are visible on aerial photographs (S1-S5) on land to the west of Cowgate Road, Norwich.
They are centred on TG 2332 0928, and the semi-sunken shelter is identical in appearance to several other shelters recorded within the city centre (NHER 54291, 54292, 54295, 54296, 54297, 54298, 54301, 54309, 54315, 54317, 54318, 54324, 54332, 54335, 54339, 54340).
