A possible World War Two Air Raid Precaution warden’s post is visible on aerial photographs (S1) at the junction of Ber Street and Foulger Opening, Norwich.
It is centred on TG 2355 0770 and may be ARP post ‘D4’ described in ‘Norwich at War’ (S2), although it is also possible that it represents an above ground air raid shelter. The structure is visible to the south east of an area of underground shelters, distinguished by their possible entrances.
