Summary

A possible World War Two surface air raid shelter with a concrete blast wall is visible on aerial photographs to the south west of Cathedral Close, Norwich. Military activity is visible during World War Two on the Cathedral Close sports ground (NHER 54349), and this shelter may be related to it.

Military activity is visible during World War Two on the Cathedral Close sports ground (NHER 54349), and this shelter may be related to it.
The shelter is centred on TG 2370 0875.
