Summary

A watching brief in March 2010 observed the re-deposited fills from an earlier service and pipe trench. A 19th century thimble was recovered by metal detecting of spoil from the excavation.

Monitoring of groundworks associated with installation of replacement pipe.
The re-deposited fills from an earlier service and pipe trench were observed and a 19th century thimble was recovered by metal detecting of spoil from the excavation. A single prehistoric flint flake was also recovered.
