Map

July 2010. Norfolk NMP.
Several undated fragmentary ditch cropmarks are visible on aerial photographs (S1-S2) on land to the north of School Lane, Little Melton. They are centred on TG 1685 0745, but those to the east are situated within an area of geological marks, and are difficult to distinguish, possibly relating to geological rather than archaeological features. However, they appear to share an alignment with those to the west, except for an earthwork ditch to the north of the site which is also of dubious archaeological origin.
E. Bales (NMP), 20 July 2010.
