Map

Hemblington School is first mentioned in 1845 (S1). However, according to (S2) the current building appears to have been constructed in 1877, and modified in 1879. The building is of red brick with a slate roof and red ridge tiles. There is a teacher's house, contemporary with and attached to the main school building. It would appear that the front range and master's house is the earliest build with the range to the rear having been added. Further modern extensions are also visible.
See (S3) for further information.
