Summary

This 19th century red brick building was initially constructed as a house in the early 19th century, and was converted to a shop and offices during the 20th century. The structure sits above a 15th century barrel-vaulted undercroft, and it is likely that the 19th century structure replicates the plan of the 15th century building which once stood here.
