Summary

Metal-detecting between 2008 and 2014 recovered a Neolithic unpolished axehead; Late Saxon, medieval and post-medieval coins; a medieval jetton and undatable and medieval to post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include undatable metalworking debris; a medieval buckle; a medieval/post-medieval hooked tag, cooking vessel fragment, lead weight and unusual tinned buckle frame and a post-medieval button.
