Summary

Two possible World War Two surface shelters, although one may relate to an Air Raid Precautions (ARP) warden’s post, are visible on aerial photographs along the Low Road to the north of Hellesdon. The site consists of two structures, both of which may be surface air raid shelters, although it is feasible that the structure to the north located within the corner of the field was an Air Raid Precautions (ARP) warden’s post.
