World War One memorial
Location: War Memorial, Gorleston Old Cemetery, Magdalen Way
Type: Cross of Sacrifice
Description: The memorial is in the form of a Cross of Sacrifice made of stone. The front of the face holds a bronze sword. The cross stands on an octagonal base on top of a two-tier octagonal plinth. The lower plinth tier holds inlaid knapped flint. The inscriptions are placed on the base faces.
