Map

March 2010. Recommendation for listing.
The terraced houses were constructed in 1901 and are late examples of town housing and reflects the importance of Great Yarmouth as a seaside resort in the Edwardian period. It is likely that the terraces were originally built for middle-class residents as suggested by the grand façade and opulent detailing. The terrace has a distinctive, symmetrical composition comprising four projecting bays at the centre and a pavilion at each end. The style is reminiscent of mid-19th century seaside terraces such as Victoria Terrace in Weymouth (1855) and Britannia Terrace (NHER 43008), which are both Grade II listed. The terrace has been too altered to be listed.
