Between 2008 and 2009 geophysical survey of this area revealed several linear anomalies which could represent former field boundaries that may have already been abandoned at the time of the 1st ordnance survey map (1824-1836).

Several linear anomalies are visible in this area which could represent former field boundaries that may have already been abandoned at the time of the 1st ordnance survey map (1824-1836).
