Summary

This three-room school with attached teacher’s house was built in 1859 in a restrained Gothic/Tudor style. A new infants’ room was built in 1884 with a further flat-roofed addition in 1912. There are small 1950s extensions and a larger post-2000 addition in keeping with the original.
