Summary

This is the site of Taylor's Lodge which was one of six entrance lodges for the Gunton Park Estate. In 2004 an application to built a new lodge on this site using traditional materials and techniques was approved.

This is the site of Taylor's Lodge which was one of six entrance lodges for the Gunton Park Estate. The lodge is shown on an 1835 map of Gunton Park as 'Lodge Cottage' and on later maps until it was partially demolished from 1983 onwards.
In 2004 an application to rebuild the lodge site using traditional materials and techniques was approved.
