This farmhouse is constructed from brick and is first shown on the 1838 Tithe map (S1). In 2011 a planning application (S2) was submitted to modernise the farmhouse and build a two storey extension to the rear of the property.

The ground floor storey of this building includes coursed carstone and brick on its east elevation (see Google StreetView). On the Tithe Map (S1) the building is L-shaped with a rear wing projecting to the west. It has two ancillary buildings, one to the west at the rear of the plot, and another long west-east aligned building running along the southern boundary of this plot.
