Map

April 2011. Norfolk NMP.
An undated linear ditch cropmark is visible on aerial photographs (S1) on land to the east of The Old Hall, Mulbarton.
The curving sinuous ditch is visible from TG 1976 0115 to TG 1981 0086 and measures up to 2.5m in width. It is only visible on one set of photographs, and is of dubious archaeological origin, as it may relate to modern agricultural practice in the field, or a trackway. However, it may also represent a former boundary related to the Old Hall, and may be medieval to post medieval in origin.
E. Bales (NMP), 27 April 2011.
