May 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Mid 19th century coach house. Red brick with monopitch pantiled roof. Some gault brick detailing. Large segmental-headed central door opening in south wall. Two lower side doors. Gault brick panel with initials REW over central doors. Loops over side doors with gault brick surrounds. Castellated parapet with corbel table."
