Summary

A fieldwalking survey in May 2009 recovered Neolithic to Bronze Age worked flint, Roman pottery and tile, medieval and post-medieval pottery, tiles and fragments of clay pipes.

4 Neolithic/Bronze Age flint cores, 168 flakes, 24 blades, 1 end scraper, 2 side-and-end scrapers, 1 discoidal scraper, 1 scraper fragment and 1 axe thinning flake.
1 Roman pottery sherd and 1 tile.
1 medieval pottery sherd.
23 medieval/post-medieval tiles.
20 post-medieval pottery sherds, 1 gunflint and 10 clay pipe fragments.
